Our General Counsel, Dan Mersich, is one of the world's earliest IT lawyers. In 1974 he founded Lincoln-Parry in response to client needs for source code escrow, a legal tool invented by him to protect the trade secrets of software developers while also providing access to users under appropriate circumstances. He remains active in the day to day operations of the company.
