Initiation Fee - NONE

No value of any kind is received for initiation fees. Those escrow agencies that levy such fees do so only because they believe that the market will bear it. We believe that initiation or start up fees are inappropriate for an escrow relationship.

Contract Negotiation Fee - NONE

Over the years we have reviewed thousands of escrow agreements, both our own standard agreements and those proposed by our clients and their legal advisors. We do this extremely well and very efficiently, often getting back on the same day with an answer. We consider this as part of the cost of doing business.

Additional Beneficiary Fee - NONE

When a licensor designates many of its customers as additional beneficiaries under an escrow, their names are placed into our file and remain there. As escrow agent, we incur neither additional cost nor are we exposed to additional risk whether the number of beneficiaries is ten or ten thousand.

Additional Product Fee - NONE

Our standard sealed container is able to hold 4 Cds or 5 DATs, and the number of products stored on them does not matter.
As escrow agent we neither incur additional cost nor are we exposed to additional risk whether the number of products under escrow is few or many.
